The hugs4horses
foundation is
researching and
develop
ing curriculum
for the bonding of
autistic kids, veterans
,
adults
and special
needs students with
horses.
..
Kids, parents, grandparents anyone can feel
good after spending time with a horse.
Activities such as: grooming a horse, taking a
horse for a walk, doing stable repair, mucking
stalls, cleaning tack, or just volunteering at a
barn will help you establish the bond with the
horse.

Watching or participating in horse events such
as the KalVal show here in the Kalamazoo
area or at a county fair with 4H kids, riding in a
parade, or just reading a horse book or
watching a great horse movie are all great
ways to experience the joy of having a horse to
hug.
Go ahead...make my
day..hug a horse..hug a
